Seats are capped so every reading is delivered on time.
The monthly reading included with the subscription is recorded: 8 to 10 minutes, made for you, sent to you, yours to rewatch. It is not a call. A live session is a separate booking where you are in the room and can ask questions back. Both are real readings; they are not the same product, and the difference is stated here so nobody subscribes expecting the other one.

The arithmetic behind the middle tier: at 50 seats and a $85 rate that is $4,250 a month for roughly 21 hours of recording, against about $1,190 for the same hours spent on live sessions. The cap is what makes it deliverable — an uncapped tier sells more subscriptions than there are hours in the month.
